Company Overview: Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is a global leader in field data collection, founded in 2017 in Europe. We operate where automation falls short—collecting data through direct human observation and action. Our mission-driven teams span Europe, North America, and Asia, delivering rich, actionable insights to our partners. Role Overview: We are seeking a Bertha Certified Test Operator to support our autonomous vehicle projects. The Bertha certification indicates a high level of competence in real-world vehicle testing, system awareness, and public interaction—critical for gathering meaningful data and maintaining a safe AV experience.
