These launch-stage terms apply to visitors, candidates and employers using cyprusjobs.eu. The service is currently free. Paid plans, if introduced, will have separate pricing and cancellation terms.
Employers
Employers must provide accurate company and vacancy information, have authority to represent the business, and use candidate information only to assess and communicate about the relevant role. Do not request payment from candidates, discriminate unlawfully, publish misleading offers, or upload another person's data without a lawful reason.
Review and removal
Listings may be reviewed before publication and may be paused or removed when information is incomplete, unsafe, unlawful, expired or reported. A platform account does not guarantee publication or hiring.
Candidate data
When an employer receives an application, the employer is responsible for its own recruitment processing, access controls, lawful retention and deletion. Employers must provide candidates with any additional notice required for their recruitment process and must not sell or reuse application data for unrelated purposes.
