Danish Customer Advisor

Are you a fluent Danish speaker looking for an exciting opportunity in Cyprus? We are looking for Danish speakers to join our Customer Support Team and provide high-quality assistance to customers of a leading international digital services company!

Responsibilities

•Provide specialized customer support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

•Resolve customer inquiries at first contact whenever possible

•Answer customer questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner

•Assist customers with digital services, platforms, applications, and websites

•Troubleshoot technical issues and find effective solutions

•Handle customer requests and complaints while ensuring a positive customer experience

•Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal team or external partner when necessary

•Meet customer service quality, compliance, and productivity targets

•Build positive relationships with customers and provide a high level of customer satisfactio

Requirements

•Native or proficient Danish speaker (C2 level)

•B2-level English

•Strong communication skills and excellent phone communication

•Excellent listening and writing skills

•Analytical and problem-solving skills

•Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn

•EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Cyprus

•Willingness to relocate to Cyprus
