Floor Supervisor

•Distribute floor workload fairly among staff; supervise cleaners and maids for maximum cover

•Check daily that all public areas including restaurants, offices, staff areas, pool areas, and conference rooms are cleaned to hotel standards

•Inspect cleaning of guests' rooms (arrival, departures, vacant clean, suites, VIPs); assist room attendants when needed

•Complete room status reports; report irregularities to Head of Housekeeping Department

•Ensure lost and found procedure is implemented

•Liaise with Technical Department for damages and other works

•Ensure established cleaning aids and materials are used correctly with proper quantities

•Check housekeeping equipment and machines are maintained and in good working order

•Liaise closely with Reception, Maintenance, Linen Room for proper and timely guest room preparation

Qualifications:

•Knowledge of Greek or English language and computers

•Graduated from hotel school or hospitality management

•Previous experience in a similar position
