Human Resources Manager

**Position:** Human Resources Manager, Administration Department

**Duties:**

•Schedule, publish job advertisements and source suitable candidates

•Coordinate interviews and interviewing candidates

•Implement and maintain Human Resources policies and procedures

•Communicate with employees and department managers regarding HR-related matters

•Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding process

•Support the recording and monitoring of annual leave, attendance and other HR data

•Assist with the preparation of payroll documentation

**Requirements:**

•Excellent knowledge of Greek and English

•Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field

•Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR

•Any relevant experience within the hospitality industry, will be considered as an advantage

•Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute HR initiatives aligned with business goals

•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

•Knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and employee relations management

•High standard of literacy skills and very good knowledge of MS Office
