About the role

We are launching a brand-new acquisition channel dedicated to streamers and influencers, and we are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to build it from the ground up. This is not a role where you inherit a running machine. You will define the strategy, bring your own network, sign the first partners, set up the processes and tooling, and grow the channel into a core pillar of our acquisition mix alongside Affiliates, SEO, Internal Acquisition and Performance Marketing.

You will own the channel end to end: sourcing and onboarding creators, negotiating and structuring deals, briefing and managing campaigns, tracking performance, and proving the channel's contribution to first-time depositors and revenue across our brands and markets.

What you will do

•Design and execute the influencer and streamer marketing strategy for Campeón Gaming's brands across our target markets, starting from zero and scaling as results come in.

•Activate your existing portfolio of iGaming streamers and influencers (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, Instagram, X) to secure the channel's first partnerships within your first months.

•Continuously source, vet and onboard new creators, evaluating audience quality, geo fit, engagement, brand safety and expected ROI before committing budget.

•Negotiate and structure deals (flat fees, CPA, RevShare, hybrid models, bonuses) and manage contracts in coordination with Legal and Finance.

•Brief creators on brand guidelines, promotions and compliance requirements, and review content before it goes live. …
