Media Sales & Digital Marketing Specialist

About Us

We are a fast-growing international company in the online advertising space, working with advertisers and

partners across multiple markets. We're expanding our commercial team and looking for a results-driven

person who enjoys combining sales with data and marketing.

What You'll Do

•Build a pipeline of new advertisers through outreach and prospecting

•Drive revenue and work towards monthly and quarterly sales goals

•Understand each client's objectives and propose tailored advertising solutions

•Grow existing accounts by spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities

•Launch, monitor and fine-tune campaigns to maximize their results

•Run A/B tests and use the findings to improve performance

•Turn sales and campaign data into clear, actionable insights

•Keep strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners

•Attend industry events and conferences from time to time

What We're Looking For

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a similar field

•Background in digital advertising, affiliate or performance marketing is a plus, but not required

•A sharp analytical mind and confidence working with large amounts of data

•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once

•Persuasive communication and negotiation skills

•Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

•Fluent English, written and spoken; additional languages are a bonus

•Ability to work from our Paphos office
