Outlet head barman

The Outlet Head Barman is responsible for ensuring efficient and courteous service in the bar department, supporting bar operations, supervising staff as needed, and maintaining high standards of service and beverage quality.

•Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to guests while maximizing beverage sales.

•Set up and maintain the bar area according to hotel standards, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout service.

•Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, monitoring usage and reporting shortages.

•Prepare and serve drinks accurately, following recipes and presentation standards.

•Maintain expert knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and cocktails to assist staff and guide guests.

•Support bar staff in day-to-day tasks and assist in training when required.

Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Hospitality or vocational training in Food & Beverage. Minimum 1 year of experience in bar operations. Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
