Property Manager

Constantinou Bros Properties , one of the leading property developers in Paphos, with more than 45 years of experience in the field, is looking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated Property Manager to joint our expanding team.

Main task and responsibilities:

•Manage private and residential developments to ensure efficient operations and maintenance.

•Oversee repairs and maintenance in both communal areas and private units.

•Plan and supervise maintenance and service activities for communal developments.

•Expand the company’s client base by securing new management contracts and additional maintenance projects.

•Prepare and manage annual budgets for each communal development, including financial planning based on projected maintenance work.

•Supervise billing processes and oversee debt collection for communal developments.

•Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant Cypriot and EU legislation affecting the business.

•Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.

•Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of experience as Property Manager or in a related field.

•Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).

•Experienced with MS Office.

•Strong communication and problem-solving skills in property management.

•Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
