Restaurant Manager

Louis Hotels is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at the Ivi Mare Hotel in Paphos as the Restaurant Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

•Oversee and manages all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

•Ensure that the food served is of high quality, consistent with the restaurant's standards, and meets safety and hygiene guidelines.

•Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively, resolving issues to ensure a positive dining experience.

•Train, and motivates the team, to provide exceptional service experience.

•Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the front and back of the house.

•Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and oversees cleanliness, and HACCP procedure.

•Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere in the restaurant, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.

Job Requirements:

•A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager, or in a similar role.

•A Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field will be considered as an advantage.

•Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.

•Exceptional guest service mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

•Pleasant personality with exceptional communication and managerial skills, team player with strong problem-solving abilities.

•Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

•Proficiency in using MS Office as well as point-of-sale (POS) systems.

•EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
