Sales and Marketing Administrator

Main responsibilities:

•Perform administrative work for Sales & Marketing, such as data entry, list uploading, list cleansing, etc.

•Handle the email correspondence, create proposals / offers and communicate with the customers to get the desired information and answer their queries.

•Communicate important information and feedback from customers internally.

•Assist with the production of our sales and marketing deliverables. Create marketing content for digital and print advertising

•Assist in building a coherent social media strategy for the hotel and its outlets.

•Actively assist in all Resort's in-house merchandising.

•Assist with the review and execution of various company communications (brochures, menus, event promotional).

•Assist with the preparation and execution of various events and conferences organized by the company.

•Provide support to the Sales and Marketing Manager on ongoing projects, as well as the rest of the team as and when necessary.

Main requirements:

•At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

•Degree in Marketing or any other relevant subject will be considered an advantage.

•Excellent oral and written skills in English and Greek language.

•Efficient, with strong attention to detail.

•Strong team work and organization skills.

•Graphic design experience will be considered as an advantage
