Service Manager

Louis Hotels is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at Ivi Mare in Paphos as the Service Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

•Lead the service team, provide guidance, training, and support to maintain exceptional service standards.

•Oversee the restaurants and the bars operation, ensuring impeccable service delivery.

•Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold sanitation standards throughout F&B outlets.

•Resolve any issues or complaints that guests may have, as well as any issues that arise within the department.

•Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to ensure that guests have a seamless experience.

•Report to the hotel management on departmental performance and guest feedback.

•Comply with all company-related service standards and operating procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

•A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.

•Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.

•Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

•Pleasant personality with excellent communication and managerial skills, team player with strong problem-solving abilities.

•Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

•Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and bar management software.

•Exceptional guest service mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

•EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
