Stewarding

Maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance, complying with Health & Safety standards. Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and kitchen surfaces. Assist in organization and stocking of kitchen supplies, ingredients, and utensils. Keep kitchen, service, and storage areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards. Remove rubbish and ensure waste is disposed of correctly. Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing vegetables or preparing simple items. Report any maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns to the Chief Steward. Cooperate with kitchen and F&B staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to hygiene standards.

Required: Previous experience in kitchen or hospitality environment is an advantage. Knowledge of Health & Safety and HACCP requirements. Ability to work efficiently in a team and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
