**Duties & Responsibilities**

•Achieve and exceed individual and store Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

•Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive mindset at all times.

•Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through electronic communication.

•Develop and maintain relationships with local and international clients.

•Demonstrate a sound product expertise, engage clients through the details of our brands and stories of our products.

•Problem-solving and a problem solution-based mind frame.

•In partnership with the management team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business and the client.

•Responsible along with the store team and management for the stock of the boutique, including organizing stock on floor and in stock room.

•Participate in all inventory and cycle counts and protect the assets of the Boutique through understanding and complying with operating procedures.

•Assist the Store Manager with supervision of the shop, evaluate staff performance, reply to the emails related to the shop, manage customer complaints and replace the Store Manager when absent from work.

**Requirements**

•Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Store Supervisor in high luxury retail industry

•Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Russian, or any other language will be considered as an advantage

•Computer Literate

•Excellent leadership skills

•Excellent interpersonal skills in handling staff relations and/or guest complaints

•Empathic and agile talent with at least two years experience in retail or hospitality

•Strong drive for business results with passion for creativity and fashion

•Ability to develop lasting relationships with people through strong communication

•Outstanding customer service skills including in person, over the phone and through electronic communication

•Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment
