Amazon Operations & Sourcing Manager (remote in Cyprus, part-time while studying

ABOUT US Atlas Retail Ltd is the Cyprus company behind Westendsells, an Amazon FBA business we started in Germany in 2024. In two years: 17,600+ units sold, €1.6M+ revenue, 4.75 seller rating. We buy consumer electronics, networking gear and IT hardware from online shops and distributors and sell it on Amazon across Europe. Right now it's the founder (Levin, 22), one sourcer in Germany and a lot of software we built ourselves. You'd be our first hire in Cyprus and you'd work directly with Levin.

WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE The first two weeks you only learn: how Amazon FBA works, how we find deals, how we read our numbers. After that you take over one area at a time until you're running the day-to-day of the shop: • Sourcing – find products online or in distributor price lists that sell on Amazon for more than they cost us, check the numbers, buy, log the deal. • Purchasing – reorder our regular products, talk to distributors, negotiate prices and payment terms. • Operations – coordinate with our prep centre, keep listings and stock clean, get rid of dead stock, keep an eye on the repricer. • Customer service – answer Amazon buyer messages and our contact inbox. Our AI writes a draft, you decide and send. • Admin and compliance – VAT inputs, invoices, Amazon account health, whatever needs doing to keep the business clean.

Once you run all of that on your own, you become our Senior Sourcer: you build and lead a small sourcing team, train them like we trained you, and get a share of the commission on every deal your team closes, on top of your own.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Studying for or just finished a bachelor's in business, economics, management, finance or something close to it. • No Amazon or e-commerce experience needed. We teach you everything. Curiosity and a head for numbers matter more than your CV. • Comfortable in spreadsheets, quick with new tools, careful with details. • Fluent English. German, French, Italian or Spanish is a plus: we sell across Europe, and our suppliers and most of our customers are German. • Based in Cyprus. Larnaca is ideal, Limassol works, anywhere on the island is fine since the job is remote. • 20–25 hours a week while studying, full-time once you graduate. • Own laptop to start with. We provide a MacBook once you're employed.

WHAT WE OFFER • €1.000 per month fixed during the part-time phase (20–25 hours a week). We agree your full-time pay together when you switch to full-time. • Up to 10 % of the net profit from every deal you source, from day one. The rate is tiered and there is no cap on what you can earn. Net profit is calculated per product after all Amazon fees, returns and storage. You see the numbers in our hub
