Bar Manager

Main Responsibilities:

•Leads the bar team for success

•Trains and supervises the bar staff

•Oversees day-to-day operations of the bar, including night-time events

•Maintains written recipes and accurate menu information

•Has excellent mixology skills

•Orders, receives, and manages all bar products

•Conducts an inventory stock taking at the end of the month

•Keeps bar sales growing, meet sales targets, and implements sales promotions

•Develops weekly bar specials and seasonal new bar menu items

•Maintains a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked bars

•Interacts with guests and provides services that are above and beyond for guest satisfaction

Qualifications and Experience:

•Three or more years working experience in a similar role in 5-star hotels or high-volume venues

•Degree / Diploma in Tourism or WSET

•Very good knowledge of English language

•Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

•Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service

•Excellent negotiation and excellent communication skills

•Pleasant personality and customer oriented personality
