Main Responsibilities:

•Applies the default standard recipes for all dishes in accordance with the instructions of the Chef.

•Ensures timely preparation, decoration and presentation of food according to standard recipes

•Ensures that the proper implementation of hygiene guidelines is applied

•Applies the internal rules and regulations of the Hotel

•Performs any other related tasks to be assigned

Qualifications:

•Previous relevant experience

•Good knowledge of Greek and English language

•Have a pleasant personality

•Team work, professionalism

•Knowledge of the HACCP system will be appreciated
