Job Opportunity: Corporate Operations Manager for Private Hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Greek management team as Corporate Operations Manager for a private hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a related field is required. Master’s degree and/or dual degree in both medical and administration fields will be highly preferred.

•Deep knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.

•Excellent English language skills.

Professional Experience:

•At least 10 years of experience in hospital administration, including 5 years in senior executive roles.

•Experience overseeing the entire organization’s operations, including clinical, administrative, and financial functions.

•In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including hospital operations, patient care, healthcare policy, and regulations.

•Experience with managing a profit and loss (P&L) statement for a large organization, including financial accountability and cost management.

•Familiarity with working with boards of directors, advisory committees, or similar governance structures.

•Strong strategic thinking and operational expertise.

•A passion for enhancing patient care and operational excellence.

•Commitment to fostering innovation and team collaboration.
