Gardener

Constantinou Bros Properties , one of the leading property developers in Paphos, with more than 45 years of experience, is looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking Gardener to join our team and maintain the gardens and outdoor areas across our developments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

•Maintain gardens, landscaped areas and outdoor spaces across the company’s developments.

•Carry out pruning of trees, shrubs and plants, as well as lawn mowing and general lawn care.

•Plant and replace flowers, shrubs and other plants as required.

•Water plants and monitor their condition to ensure healthy and well-maintained green areas.

•Inspect and carry out basic maintenance of irrigation systems.

•Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely and correctly.

•Ensure that gardens and communal outdoor areas are kept clean, tidy and presentable.

•Identify and report any issues relating to plants, irrigation systems or gardening equipment to the relevant supervisor.

•Perform any other related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

•Previous experience in gardening or landscaping will be considered an advantage.

•Basic knowledge of plant care, pruning, watering and garden maintenance.

•Ability to operate gardening tools and equipment.

•Reliable, responsible and professional attitude.

•Good physical condition and ability to perform outdoor manual work.

•Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

•Driving license will be considered an advantage.
