Group and Events Executive

The Hilton Hotel in Nicosia is seeking to recruit an individual for the position of Groups and Events Executive.

Main Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement a comprehensive hotel marketing strategy to attract new business and retain existing customers.

•Organize and execute all hotel events including conferences, weddings, and other special events.

•Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase hotel revenue and brand recognition.

•Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for the hotel.

•Collaborate with other departments within the hotel, such as sales, housekeeping, and F&B, to ensure that events are run smoothly and efficiently.

•Manage the hotel's social media accounts and online presence to drive engagement and increase bookings.

Job Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

•A minimum of 2 years of expertise in a relevant field.

•Excellent command of the Greek and English language, both verbal and written.

•Brilliant customer service experience, ability to build long-term relationships.

•Ability to communicate with impact (friendly, confident, and outgoing character).

•EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
