Guest Relations Officer

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Coordinate with the Animator a Guest Entertainment Program to meet guests' needs (excursions, boat trips, cocktail parties, art exhibitions, competitions, film evenings)

•Escort educational groups on Hotel tours and provide relevant information folders

•Assist when necessary with guests' weddings

•Maintain the Tour Operators counter tidy and provide information leaflets

•Update all information boards with necessary information and announcements

•Be available and extend a warm, natural welcome and farewell to all hotel guests

•Assist all guests with enquiries and solve any minor problems that may arise

•Advise guests on how to enjoy their stay and explain the facilities

•Handle any guest complaints and queries

•Keep a record of all guest suggestions

•Process guest questionnaires and produce the weekly guest satisfaction report

•Ensure Guests' birthdays and anniversaries are acknowledged following set procedures

Qualification Requirements:

•Diploma from a Hotel School

•Pleasant personality

•Previous experience in a relative position
