Head Receptionist

**HEAD RECEPTIONIST**

Department: Front Office

AZIA RESORT & SPA, Paphos

**Tasks:**

•Assisting front office team with customer issues.

•Helping guests with reservations enquiries if needed.

•Helping and training Reception Staff

**Requirements:**

•A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.

•EU citizenship or EU work permit.

•Excellent knowledge of English languages.

•Natural flair for first class service.

•Proven leadership and communication skills in supporting a team.

•Outstanding service orientation with the ability to focus and deliver on guest satisfaction.

•High standard of and computer skills and good knowledge of reservations.

•Team spirit and pleasant personality.

•Ability to maintain high attention to detail and exceptionally strong service standards.
