Head Receptionist

Main Responsibilities:

•Handling guests' requests or queries

•Follow up with guest to ensure satisfaction with guest-related issues.

•Ensure high levels of guest service and evaluate guest satisfaction.

•Assist with room allocation for arriving rooms, including the organization of arrivals and departures.

•Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.

•Act as the first point of contact for the Guust Relations and Front Office teams for complaint handling.

•Ensuring all ISO procedures are carried out including all front office daily paperwork and money handling.

•Assist with scheduling of the department

•Supervise and motivate team members to achieve excellence.

•Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

•Assist the Front Office Manager with any tasks required

•Reports to the Front Office Manager

Qualifications and Experience:

•Previous experience in supervisory position in hospitality (Front Desk and/or Guest Services)

•Degree or Diploma in hospitality or any other related field.

•Well-developed leadership skills.

•Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills.

•Ability to work well under pressure and keep calm in difficult situations.

•Outstanding service orientation with the ability to focus and deliver on guest satisfaction.
