Head Waiters

Main Responsibilities:

•Ensure that all staff receives on-the-job training and have the necessary skills to carry out their duties with the maximum efficiency.

•Supervise the efficient operation of the department, ensuring that the agreed standards of performance are achieved.

•Offer the highest possible standard of service to each individual guest.

•Maintains the highest levels of personal hygiene, cleanliness and appearance.

•Follow health and safety regulations and policies.

•Organize and supervise shifts.

Qualifications and Experience:

•At least 3 years' experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Team management and leadership skills.

•Teamwork spirit and positive attitude

•Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages both written and verbal
