•Maintain highest levels of personal appearance and hygiene

•General knowledge of the restaurant and its procedures to answer guest queries

•Collaborate with Restaurant Manager for reservation coordination

•Greet customers and accompany them to their table

•Provide menus and ensure guest satisfaction with food and service

•Handle complaints professionally

•Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, and customers to address concerns

•Perform marketing and promotional activities; participate in special events

•Excellent knowledge of cash machines and operating systems

Qualifications:

•Previous experience in the same or similar position

•Good level of Greek and English

•Pleasant and cheerful personality

•Strong active listening and speaking skills
