Welcome guests with a pleasing and cheerful demeanor and escort them to their tables, paying particular attention to guests with disabilities. Maintain accurate records of dining reservations and guest arrivals. Ensure all guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests are addressed promptly and courteously. Collaborate with restaurant manager, kitchen, and service staff to ensure smooth coordination of seating and service. Maintain knowledge of restaurant procedures, menu items, and beverages to answer guest questions professionally. Assist in promoting restaurant services and participate in special events when required. Handle cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits, issuing receipts, refunds, or change accurately. Support restaurant team during busy periods. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and professionalism.

Required: Pleasing and cheerful personality with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear speech. Ability to stand and move for extended periods. Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems. Previous experience in hospitality, front-of-house, or restaurant service is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle guest concerns professionally.
