Lifeguard

Main Responsibilities:

•Carefully monitors the activities and people in the pool area under his supervision in order to prevent and avoid accidents.

•Acts quickly and effectively to rescue swimmers in danger of drowning.

•Where necessary, provides First Aid

•Warns bathers when they take actions that are contrary to the Resort's health and safety regulations, endangering their safety or the safety of other people in pools areas.

•Follows the emergency action plan and procedures established in the event of an emergency.

•Maintains order in the pool and adjacent areas.

•He/ She is skilled at swimming/ proficiency in swimming.

•Responds quickly and calmly to emergency situations.

Qualifications and Experience:

•Lifeguard License

•First Aid Certificate and Knowledge of CPR

•Ability to react quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
