Linen attendance

**Job Summary:**

Responsible for receiving, sorting, cleaning, drying, folding, and distributing hotel linens and uniforms. Ensures all laundry operations meet the hotel's quality, hygiene, and safety standards while supporting the smooth functioning of housekeeping operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

•Receive dirty laundry, including guest clothing, linen, towels, and staff uniforms; separate, count, and prepare for washing

•Treat stains and handle delicate items according to hotel procedures

•Load laundry into washing machines with the appropriate cleaning agents

•Operate dryers and ensure wet laundry is dried properly

•Sort, fold, or hang clean laundry and distribute it to the relevant departments or guest rooms

•Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the Laundry Supervisor when replenishment is needed

•Ensure proper care and maintenance of all laundry equipment; report any malfunctions to the Maintenance Department

•Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations in laundry operations

•Implement GDPR requirements to protect personal information handled in laundry operations

•Follow procedures for reporting any accidents involving guests or staff

•Perform any other duties assigned by management that are related to the department

**Skills & Qualifications:**

•Knowledge of Greek or English language

•Pleasant, professional, and reliable personality

•Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar laundry or housekeeping role

•Ability to operate laundry equipment and handle laundry chemicals safely

•Attention to detail and good organizational skills

•Awareness of hotel hygiene, safety, and operational standards
