Night Receptionist

Main Responsibilities:

•Welcome guests

•Verifies that all night arrivals will have the scheduled room

•Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone in a polite and friendly manner

•Tour and inspect all areas as specified in the safety policies during the night shift.

•Maintain a comfortable atmosphere in the public areas by monitoring heating, lighting, and music.

Qualifications and Experience:

•Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages

•Excellent communication skills

•Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
