Outlet Head Waiter

•Be in general charge of the Restaurant; bear full responsibility for appearance, cleanliness and preparation of restaurant, buffet areas and banqueting

•Keep smooth and professional work relations with colleagues, staff and supervisors

•Overall responsibility for staff appearance and training to serve according to standards

•Supervise proper execution of service; monitor progress of order execution

•Meet guest desires/requests within reasonable limits in consultation with kitchen

•Handle questions, complaints, and minor customer issues professionally; inform Manager of serious incidents

•Participate in weekly department meetings contributing to smooth operation

•Knowledge of menus, beverages and wine; able to explain them professionally

Qualifications:

•Previous experience in same or similar job

•Great level of Greek & English language

•Diploma from a Hotel School and/or experience in a relative position
