Porter

Main Responsibilities:

•Assist the Front Office team with the efficient check in and out of guests.

•Assist with distributing wristbands, tagging luggage and guiding guest into the resort.

•Deliver all messages and/or treatments to the guest's room.

•Monitor language room.

•Assist the Reception and Lobby bar in ensuring the entrance is properly maintained and tidy.

•Ensuring that security gates are closed when they are no longer in use (as per company policy).

•Ensure that late arrival sandwiches are delivered prior to guest arrival.

•Pay attention to all public areas and report the Reception any damages on surrounding property or any disruptive behavior.

Qualifications and Experience:

•Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.

•Polite, friendly personality with good communication skills.

•Positive attitude, reliability and ability to work unsupervised.

•Able to work under pressure.

•Strong sense of responsibility.
