Real Estate Sales Executive

Constantinou Bros Properties, one of the leading property developers in Paphos is looking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated Sales Executive who will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s properties.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

•Pursue new sales opportunities and engage with potential buyers.

•Understand client needs, organize property viewings and provide property details advising on investment benefits and other enquiries.

•Negotiate with clients to arrive at mutually beneficial terms and successfully close deals, coordinating with legal and construction teams to ensure smooth transaction.

•Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients.

•Address any issues or complaints providing after sales client satisfaction.

•Attend property expos or networking opportunities to promote the company’s projects.

Requirements

•At least 4 years of experience in a Sales position or relevant role in Real Estate.

•Excellent knowledge and use of Greek and English language.

•Experienced with MS Office.

•Strong communication and negotiation skills.

•Professional corporate appearance and presentation skills

•Possess a clean driving license
