Restaurant Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.

•Lead, support and motivate the restaurant team during service.

•Ensure that guests receive friendly, professional and attentive service at all times.

•Monitor table service, food and beverage delivery, and ensure orders are served accurately and efficiently.

•Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

•Assist with staff scheduling, daily briefings and the allocation of duties.

•Ensure that restaurant service standards, company procedures and hygiene requirements are consistently followed.

•Monitor the cleanliness, presentation and overall appearance of the restaurant and service areas.

•Train and support team members to improve their skills and service standards.

•Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen, Bar and other departments to ensure an excellent guest experience.

•Monitor stock levels and assist with controlling food and beverage supplies where required.

•Support the Restaurant Manager with the smooth operation of the department and take responsibility in their absence when required.

Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Head Waiter or in a similar supervisory position, preferably within a hotel environment.

•Good command of Greek and English.

•Strong leadership and team management skills.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

•Strong customer service orientation with a professional and positive attitude.

•Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a busy restaurant operation.

•Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and hygiene procedures.

•Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
