Room attendant

**Key Responsibilities:**

•Inspect guest rooms and suite bathrooms daily

•Change bed linens, pillowcases, and refresh items according to hotel needs

•Clean bathrooms, restock toiletries, refill towels

•Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and disinfect high-touch surfaces

•Deep clean rooms during check-outs and vacant room periods

•Address guest requests and complaints promptly

•Maintain control of trolley items to prevent theft and ensure no dirty linen is left at the end of the day

•Follow hotel Health & Safety rules and GDPR requirements

•Adhere to accident reporting procedures for guests and staff

•Perform any other tasks assigned by management related to housekeeping operations

**Skills & Qualifications:**

•Knowledge of Greek or English language

•Pleasant, professional personality

•Minimum 6 months experience in a similar housekeeping role

•Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

•Ability to work efficiently, maintain cleanliness standards, and prioritize tasks

•Commitment to Health & Safety and GDPR compliance
