**About:**

KULT is a string of boutiques on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus showcasing designer menswear and womenswear. Founded in 1998, KULT began with exclusive shopping experiences and now operates five locations as established multi-brand boutiques featuring international brands and emerging designers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

•Achieve and exceed individual and store Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

•Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive mindset at all times

•Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, offering best in class service in person, over the phone and through electronic communication

•Develop and maintain relationships with local and international clients

•Demonstrate sound product expertise and engage clients through brand details and product stories

•Problem-solving and solution-based approach

•Work with management team to resolve client issues to benefit both business and client

**Boutique Operations:**

•Responsible with store team and management for boutique stock, organizing stock on floor and in stock room

•Participate in inventory and cycle counts and protect boutique assets through understanding and complying with operating procedures

**Requirements:**

•At least two years experience in retail or hospitality

•Strong drive for business results with passion for creativity and fashion

•Ability to develop lasting relationships through strong communication

•Outstanding customer service skills in person, over the phone and through electronic communication

•Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in fast-paced environment

•English and Russian or another language considered an advantage
