Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

•Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

•Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

•Present ceramic tiles, sanitary ware and related products professionally.

•Prepare quotations and sales orders.

•Follow up with customers on quotations and pending orders.

•Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.

•Achieve agreed monthly sales targets.

•Maintain an attractive and well-organized showroom.

•Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams regarding product availability and customer orders.

•Handle customer questions and complaints professionally.

•Keep accurate records of customer inquiries, quotations and sales activities.

•Availability to work 6 days per week (40 hours weekly).

Requirements

•Previous experience in sales, retail, showroom or customer service is an advantage.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Customer-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.

•Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

•Ability to work towards sales targets.

•Good knowledge of Greek and English.

•Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

•Knowledge or experience in ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, construction or interior design is a strong advantage.
