Senior Associate, BPO, Technology & Onboarding

This is a mix of operations, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination, focused on making onboarding faster, smoother, and more efficient. Reporting to the Associate Director you will:

•Manage the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth setup and integration experience.

•Work closely with Operations, Technology, and Product teams to support client and business needs.

•Investigate and resolve onboarding and system-related issues, helping to deliver excellent client service.

•Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency and scalability.

•Monitor onboarding activity and provide updates on progress, risks, and key metrics.

•Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact.

•Support the Team Lead by taking on leadership responsibilities when required, helping to ensure continuity, high service standards, and effective team delivery.

•Support and share knowledge with team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

•Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in systems, data, and process improvement.

•Proven experience in client onboarding, post-trade operations, or financial technology, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex integration projects, at least 2 years.

•Strong organizational and time management skills

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications or relevant postgraduate study is a plus.
