Supervisor, Debt Services

Reporting to the Director, Debt Services, Loan Servicing and working as part of a growing global team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a loan servicing portfolio , including direct interaction with clients on often complex matters and management of deliverables. A list of key responsibilities include the following:

•Review loan documentation and manage the onboarding and administration of new loan facilities.

•Set up new loans within internal systems, including relevant attributes, conditions, and covenant requirements.

•Maintain loan portfolios through the timely processing of lifecycle events and other loan activity.

•Prepare and distribute reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

•Perform periodic position reconciliations and substantiation activities.

•Monitor and track covenant compliance and other key loan obligations, where applicable.

•Support client queries and provide solutions to complex loan servicing matters.

•Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and service level agreements.

•Experience in loan servicing, loan closing, or loan administration.

•Knowledge of loan operations and lifecycle events

•Experience with SWIFT payments is an advantage but not required.

•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

•Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
