Technician

The Technician is responsible for performing maintenance tasks assigned by supervisors, ensuring the proper functioning of hotel facilities and equipment, and contributing to the overall safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction at the hotel.

•Perform all assigned maintenance tasks in hotel facilities, including rooms, public areas, and technical installations, according to work instructions and departmental policies.

•Implement preventive maintenance programs and repair faults in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other technical areas.

•Ensure all equipment and installations are operational during assigned shifts, whether morning or night.

•Maintain all department work areas clean and organized, including engine rooms, workshops, and storage areas.

•Complete daily inspection forms and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications: Previous experience in hotel maintenance or technical roles. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry concepts. Ability to communicate effectively in Greek and English. Competency in mathematical calculations for technical measurements.
