**Duties & Responsibilities**

•Ensure standards of service in your designated outlet are met as determined by Food and Beverage Standards

•Assist in day-to-day operation to exceed guest satisfaction and expectations

•Follow correct and consistent service techniques according to F&B standards

•Handle guest complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction

•Comply with all Health and Safety rules and regulations

•Follow the Grooming Policy, maintain high standard of personal hygiene

•Ensure duties are carried out honestly and ethically, abiding by Hotel rules and Cyprus Law

•Perform other relevant duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager

**Requirements**

•Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in similar position

•Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of Greek or other languages an advantage

•Pleasant, honest and friendly personality

•Ability to work in fast-paced environment and cope under pressure

•Quality driven and critical of food and beverage operation

•Excellent interpersonal skills in handling guest complaints
