**Job Role**

•To ensure that culinary standards of the Food & Beverage Department are met at all times as determined by the Food & Beverage standards and policies of Thanos Hotels

•To achieve daily tasks required by the operation and guidelines given by the Chef De Cuisine

**Duties & Responsibilities**

•To ensure that culinary standards in all outlets of the Food and Beverage department are met at all times as determined by the F&B standards and policies of Thanos Hotels

•To achieve daily tasks required by the operation and guidelines given by the Executive Chef

•To guide, motivate, train and manage cooks A', B' and C', trainees and stewarding staff in order to exceed guest expectations

•Comply with all Health and Safety rules and regulations

•Follow the Grooming Policy, maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and ensure that this is followed and adhered by all team members

•Ensure that duties are carried in an honest and ethical way by abiding the Hotels' rules and regulations and the Cyprus Law

•Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Executive Chef

**Requirements**

•Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar position at a 5* Hotel

•Degree in Culinary Arts or hospitality related qualification, will be considered as an advantage

•Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage

•Pleasant, honest and friendly personality

•Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure

•To be quality driven and critical of all aspects of the food and beverage operation in order to guarantee the highest level of creativity and productivity within the organization

•Must be a caring personality that shows empathy and understanding

•Commitment to learning & self-development
