Electrician

Responds to resident or colleague/department calls and maintenance requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to resolve complaints/problems and perform electrical repairs.

•Performs routine preventive maintenance and tests all electrical systems, subsystems and equipment to include disassembly, replacement, cleaning and repair.

•Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all electrical equipment in accordance with manufacturer's wiring diagrams, schematics, operation manuals and maintenance instructions.

•Monitors and maintains lighting fixtures to ensure functionality.

•Assembles and disassembles power and lighting equipment for exhibitions, meetings and events.

Working experience at least 1 year.

•Electrical license.

•Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

•High school diploma.

•Good communication skills.
