About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organized Event Manager to drive employee engagement and strengthen our corporate culture through memorable internal events and initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and delivering a wide range of corporate events while ensuring they reflect our company values and contribute to an outstanding employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Delivery

•Plan, organize, and execute a variety of internal and external corporate events, including company parties, holiday celebrations, team-building activities, offsite events, workshops, excursions, and other employee engagement initiatives.

•Coordinate all aspects of event delivery, including logistics, venue selection, scheduling, vendor management, and on-site execution.

•Organize and coordinate branded merchandise for employees and corporate events.

•Encourage employee participation and engagement, with a particular focus on welcoming and integrating new team members.

Event Analysis & Performance Evaluation

•Evaluate the effectiveness of corporate events through surveys, feedback collection, and data analysis.

•Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of corporate events.

•Collect and analyze event-related data and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhance future initiatives.

Vendor Management

•Build and maintain relationships with event agencies, venues, suppliers, and other service providers.

•Coordinate vendor selection processes, including tenders and negotiations.

•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely contract execution and compliance.

Budget Management

•Prepare and manage event budgets.

•Monitor event-related expenses and ensure cost-effective execution.

•Create and process payment requests while working closely with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Internal Communications

•Coordinate communication related to corporate events across internal communication channels.
