Executive Secretary - Ivi Mare

Louis Hotels is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the Ivi Mare hotel in Paphos as the Executive Secretary.

Main Responsibilities:

•Screening phone calls, taking messages and dealing with enquiries.

•Keeping up with the Hotel General Manager's day-to-day schedule and following up.

•Organizing and attending meetings, taking minutes when required.

•Preparing and presenting the Hotel GM with the necessary documents needed.

•Performing general office administration tasks (emails, memos, etc.).

•Booking travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary.

•Assist with special projects and hotel events as needed.

•Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

•Maintain confidential files and records.

Qualifications:

•Academic qualifications in Secretarial studies or in another relevant field.

•Minimum 3 years previous experience in a secretarial role.

•Excellent command of Greek and English both written and spoken.

•Outstanding office management and organization skills with the ability to multitask.

•Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel) as well as filing systems.

•Pleasant and confident personality.

•Experience in the hotel or tourism industry will be considered an advantage.

•EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
