Floor Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

•Supervision and guidance of the Housekeeping team.

•Carry out routine inspections in rooms and public areas.

•Responsible for checking all areas that are being cleaned by the Housekeeping Team Members

•Pass on repairs to the technical department and check whether the orders have been carried out

•Ensure that guest amenities and cleaning supplies are sufficiently stocked in all service area cupboards and housekeeping store

•Ensures that machinery is always in good condition and work properly

Qualifications and Experience:

•At least 2 years of experience in similar role

•Excellent leadership and communication skills

•Committed to delivering high levels of customer service

•Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

•Detail oriented

•Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
