Housekeeping Coordinator

•Coordinate daily housekeeping operations and schedules

•Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor their progress

•Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards

•Handle guest requests and complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and efficiently

•Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed

•Train and onboard new housekeeping staff

•Prepare reports on housekeeping activities including occupancy status, staff performance, and supply usage

•Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

•Assist in developing and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures

•Collaborate with other departments for seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

•High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related field education a plus

•Proven experience in housekeeping or similar role, preferably in a hotel environment

•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Detail-oriented with commitment to high standards

•Leadership skills to motivate and manage team effectively
