HR officer

**Position**: HR Officer

**Department**: Administration

**Company**: AZIA RESORT & SPA, 5-star hotel in Paphos, Cyprus

**Tasks:**

•Manage the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees

•Create and publish job advertisements and source suitable candidates

•Schedule and coordinate interviews

•Implement and maintain HR Procedures

•Communicate with employees and department managers regarding HR-related matters

**Requirements:**

•Excellent knowledge of Greek and English

•Previous HR experience or payroll knowledge or numbers background

•High standard of literacy skills and very good knowledge of MS Office

•Excellent organisational and communication skills

•Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in team

•Hospitality industry experience is an advantage
