Laundry Supervisor

Supervising the daily operations of the hotel laundry, ensuring that all linens, uniforms, and guest items are processed according to company standards.

•Organizing and monitoring the work of the laundry team to guarantee productivity, safety, and quality.

•Ensuring the correct use, cleaning, and maintenance of laundry equipment, reporting promptly any malfunctions.

•Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of laundry products and maintaining sufficient stock of detergents, chemicals, and supplies.

•Maintaining detailed records of laundry operations, including production volumes, supply usage, and costs, and preparing regular reports for management review.

•Giving constant feedback on laundry operations to avoid delays, fabric damage, or shortages of supplies.

•Implementing the Health and Sanitation procedures, the Safety Management System, and the Environmental Policy in the Laundry Department.

•Working closely with the Housekeeping Department to ensure a seamless flow of linen and uniforms for all hotel operations.

Good knowledge of English or Greek.

•Computer literate and good knowledge of the common software programs is a must.

•Work experience of at least two years in a similar position is a must.

•Strong leadership and organizational skills for supervising staff and daily operations.

•Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure quality standards, minimize waste, and maintain efficiency.
