Night receptionist

The Night Receptionist is responsible for overseeing the Front Office during night shifts, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing guest requests, monitoring hotel security, and ensuring all overnight operations run smoothly.

•Welcome and assist guests arriving or departing during night hours, providing fast and courteous service.

•Perform check-in, check-out, and room assignment processes accurately using hotel management software.

•Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.

•Monitor the safety and security of the hotel during night hours, including entrances, exits, and public areas.

•Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and overnight activities.

•Assist with cash handling, night audit procedures, and preparation of daily reports.

Qualifications: Diploma from a Hotel School or equivalent in Hospitality Management preferred. Previous experience in a Front Office or reception role, ideally with night shift experience. Excellent command of Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
