Reception Supervisor

**RECEPTION SUPERVISOR**

Department: Front Office

AZIA RESORT & SPA, a 5-star hotel in Paphos

**Tasks:**

•Supervising the Front Office procedures

•Helping and training Reception staff

**Requirements:**

•A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

•EU citizenship or EU work permit

•Excellent knowledge of English language

•Natural flair for first class service

•Proven leadership and communication skills in supporting a team

•Outstanding service orientation with the ability to focus and deliver on guest satisfaction

•High standard of computer skills and good knowledge of reservations

•Team spirit and pleasant personality

•Ability to maintain high attention to detail and exceptionally strong service standards
